The only information that has been released is that both Joshua Malina (David Rosen) and Bellamy Young (Mellie Grant) have been promoted to series regulars. Hope this helps! 😀

Thank you for this website; it’s really great! I LOVE the show and can barely wait for each episode. The cast is genius, though I do have my favorites (Olivia, Fitz, Huck, Harrison, Melli,Cyrus,….the only character i really don’t care for is Abby Whelan. I like the actress, not her character. Shonda and her Partner are truly inspired and I’m so proud of them for putting on this type of entertainment. I tell anyone who’ll listen about Scandal! Keep up the good work on the website!!
