SCANDAL PACE (Breaking News): ABC announces fall premiere date for Scandal

July 26, 2012 — According to TV Line News and Matt Mitovich, ABC has just released the 2012 fall television show premiere dates, including ‘SCANDAL’. Our “GLADIATORS in a Suit” will return to the small screen on Thursday, September 27th at 10/9 central after ‘Grey’s Anatomy’! Be sure to save the date an set up your DVRs ’cause Olivia Pope is back!

SCANDAL Pace (UPDATE): Jimmy Kimmel joins Kerry Washington to announce the 2012 Primetime Emmy Nominees

BREAKING NEWS: According to Emmys.com, Nick Offerman will be unable to join ‘SCANDAL’ star Kerry Washington for the announcement of the 2012 Primetime Emmy nominees tomorrow morning.  This host of this year’s awards show, Jimmy Kimmel, will be joining Washington instead.  Remember to tune in tomorrow morning at 5:40 a.m. PST as Kerry Washington announce the nominees for the 2012 Primetime Emmys. June 14, 2012 — The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences have released the 2012 Nominating Ballots for the 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards. The ballot submission deadline is June 28th and the Primetime Emmy Nominees will be announced July 19, 2012.

Earlier this afternoon, it was announced via Emmys.tv that ‘SCANDAL’ star, Kerry Washington, along with Nick Offerman (Parks and Recreation) have been selected to announce this year’s nominees live at 5:40 a.m. on Emmys.com.

The 64th Annual Primetime Emmys, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, will air live coast-to-coast on Sunday, September 23, 2012 on ABC.  Stay tuned to abcSCANDALfans for more news and information on the 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards!

July 14, 2012 — ‘SCANDAL’ star Kerry Washington attended the 2012 Comic-Con event in San Diego, Calif. this weekend along with fellow cast members of the upcoming movie ‘Django Unchained‘, written and directed by Quentin Tarantino.  The Weinstein Company presented a sneak peek of the new film during Saturday’s panel and fans were able to take part in a special discussion with Tarantino and the cast.
